We are a nonprofit organization serviced completely by volunteers and look to parents for their continued support and dedication. The Canyon Jr. Cougars are only about the youth in the organization. Our program offers football for ages 5 - 13 years old. Kids are separated by age group, not by weight. Our age groups are as follows: Flag (5-6 years old) Midget (7 years old) Rookie (8 - 9 yrs old) Junior (10 - 11 yrs old) Senior (12 - 13 yrs old) Our teachings are sound football fundamentals to all divisions in our program. This is a non-weight limit organization...all players are eligible. Cheerleading available for ages 3-13. No tryouts for our squads. Competition available for all squad levels. |
